Accounts are due and payable on receipt of invoice. Prices are subject to change. All prices are net F.O.B. point of shipment. All sales are subject to the applicable taxes imposed by the laws of the state in which the sale is made and the product delivered. For all orders over $3,500 the “terms” are: 20% deposit with the order and the balance upon delivery. Note that our invoices suggest payment via check, cash, or ACH.
